REACH consortium management
<
Under REACH, manufacturers and importers of the same substance are required to collaborate in submitting a joint registration dossier, sharing both data and costs. Forming a consortium is an effective way to meet these obligations efficiently while safeguarding business interests.
ARCHE Consortia is well-equipped to assist with REACH consortium management, backed by the team’s extensive experience in this field (both for the REACH regulation and the BPR). We support in preparing and updating timely, high-quality registration dossiers that comply with all REACH requirements.
We offer comprehensive technical and administrative support to consortia, including:
- Dossier maintenance including gap-filling and expanding existing datasets (physico-chemical, ecotoxicological, toxicological, exposure and emmission data)
- Study monitoring and coordination and supervision of CROs
- Data management, including follow-up with members and external data holders
- Project tracking and reporting on objectives, timelines and deliverables
- Budget oversight and financial reporting
- Planning, organisation and documentation of consortium meetings and voting
- Centralised communication and information sharing within the consortium, as well as communication with authorities on behalf of the consortium
- Technical support, including exposure and emission data generation, exposure assessment, IUCLID updates & CSR drafting with Exposure Scenarios and hazard classification review
